Vicki Permanent make-up artist Vicki Maierle-Foss is the newest addition to the SSH Laser and Skincare Center. Ms. Maierle- Foss is President and CEO of "The Pink Icing on the Cake, LLC", a permanent make-up enterprise that provides expertise in the area of permanent applications for eyebrows, eyeliner, lips and restoring pigment color to breasts after breast reconstruction surgery.
